This Thanksgiving, I'm embracing what I call "The Grand Shift." From silver strands and changing curves to the joy of being a Grammie, I'm learning that growing older isn't about losing who we were, but celebrating who we've become. A little menopause humor, a lot of gratitude, and plenty of love.
